ÚSŽZ reports applications received and Slovak Living Abroad certificates issued by applicant citizenship (“štátna príslušnosť”). Annual tables and monthly tables have separate reporting coverage. Monthly observations do not establish a monthly publication schedule.

Published statistical totals remain separate from the issued application-number lists. They are not citizenship grants or a pending-case calculation. Blank cells remain unreported; explicit source zeros are retained.

Automatic checks discover advertised PDFs and validate their tables against saved originals. Failed checks retain the last validated figures. Check dates, file dates and reporting years are separate; offline validation is not a live check.
